If/When/How’s Repro Legal Helpline: free, confidential helpline where you can get information about your legal rights regarding self-managed abortion. They can give you clear, understandable answers about legal rights, what the law is, and how it has been used. (English, Spanish, Chinese)

National Advocates for Pregnant Women: provides legal defense for people experiencing criminalization of pregnancy loss, abortion, drug use in pregnancy.  Legislative and policy advocacy.

Where to Find Abortion Pills

Plan C - The Plan C Guide to Abortion Pills provides up-to-date information on how people in the U.S. are accessing at-home abortion pill options online.

Aid Access - Aid Access is an overseas human rights organization which provides telemedicine and mail-order abortion pills to residents of all 50 U.S. states.

Pills by Post - NY, CO, IL, MN: Pills by Post provides consultations and abortion pills by mail. The price for the consultation and prescription for medication is $150 (sliding scale available)

HeyJane is a digital clinic offering virtual consultations with abortion pills delivered directly. Hey Jane is currently in California, Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, and Washington.

Important Information to Know

You may come across places called “Crisis Pregnancy Centers,” which are clinics that appear to be pro-choice on their websites but are actually anti-choice organizations. Many of these will mislead you when seeking pregnancy-related information and try to dissuade you from exercising your right to choose. Below are those that are known in Rochester:
